Questions about pricing & payment

Everything you need to know about our pricing, payment plans, and policies.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for all packages. A 25% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance split into monthly payments leading up to your wedding. No interest, no surprise charges.
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future date within 12 months. For cancellations within 30 days of the wedding, payments made beyond the deposit are refundable minus any expenses already incurred.
We offer discounts for weekday weddings (Monday-Thursday), off-peak season bookings (November-March), and military families. Contact us to learn more about current promotions.
Travel is free within 30 miles of Austin, San Antonio, and NYC. Beyond that, we charge $0.50/mile for travel and may require accommodation for weddings over 100 miles away. We're always happy to travel for destination weddings—just ask for a custom quote.
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. If you feel your team went above and beyond, a tip of 10-20% of the package price is a lovely way to show appreciation. You can tip on the wedding day or add it to your final payment.
Yes! You get to pick the music for your 3-7 minute highlight reel. After your wedding, we'll send you a music selection form where you can choose songs that feel right for your story. We also have a curated library of licensed tracks if you need inspiration.
The Full Day Documentary Edit captures every event we're there for in its entirety — ceremony, speeches, first dance, and more — with no max time limit. It's the most comprehensive way to relive your wedding day from start to finish, unlike the highlight reel which is a curated 3-7 minute cinematic recap.
