Our pricing is completely transparent — see it right on our pricing page, no contact form needed. Packages start at $1,300 and include everything: coverage hours, shooters, edited deliverables, and an online gallery. What you see is what you pay.

How far in advance should I book?

Most couples book 9-12 months out, especially for peak season (May-October). But we've helped couples book just weeks before their wedding—check availability to see what's possible.

What's included in a typical package?

Every package includes a set number of coverage hours, one or two shooters (photographer and/or videographer), professionally edited photos and/or video, and a private online gallery. Our Plus package is the most popular — it includes 8 hours of coverage and a highlight reel.

Can I meet the photographer before booking?

Yes—we encourage it. Schedule a call or meet in person with any photographer you're considering. It's the best way to see if you click.

What if I need to reschedule my wedding?

Every photographer has their own rescheduling policy, which is clearly outlined in their contract. Many are flexible, especially for circumstances beyond your control. We recommend asking about this during your first call.

How do I know the quality of the photographers?

Every photographer on our roster has shot at least 20 weddings with consistently excellent reviews. We review their full wedding galleries (not just highlights), check references, and verify their business credentials. You choose your photographer directly from our roster — every one of them is someone we'd trust with our own wedding.

Do you offer photo + video bundles?

Yes — when you build your package, you can add both photography and videography coverage and save $300 with our combo discount. Pick your photographer and videographer separately from our roster.

What about engagement photos?

Most photographers include an engagement session in their packages, or offer it as an add-on. It's a great way to practice being photographed before the wedding.

Can I choose the music for my highlight reel?

Yes! You get to pick the music for your 3-7 minute highlight reel. After your wedding, we'll send you a music selection form where you can choose songs that feel right for your story. We also have a curated library of licensed tracks if you need inspiration.

What is a Full Day Documentary Edit?

The Full Day Documentary Edit captures every event we're there for in its entirety — ceremony, speeches, first dance, and more — with no max time limit. It's the most comprehensive way to relive your wedding day from start to finish, unlike the highlight reel which is a curated 3-7 minute cinematic recap.
