Ryan studied Film and Media Studies at UC Santa Barbara and never stops learning — he stays sharp by crafting music videos, commercials, and other projects alongside his wedding work. He loves being in the creative zone and the continuous problem-solving required to capture a wedding beautifully, always assessing each moment for light, framing, color, and story.On wedding days, Ryan strives to be a friendly, calming presence — cracking jokes when appropriate, blending into the background when needed. He encourages couples to provide input into their wedding video so they feel heard and confident he’ll capture what they envisioned. Outside of film work, he practices yoga and Pilates, which keep him present and agile for long wedding days.
